Building/Common Area Emergencies: Any issue that requires an immediate response to avoid further damage. (Ex. Gas Smell, Water Leak, Smoke in Building, Over-Flowing Plumbing, Stuck Elevator, Fire Panel Issues, Front Door/Garage Door Issues)

Non-Emergency Issues: Any issues that do not require an immediate response, or any general issues with units or common areas. (Ex. Clogged Plumbing, Damage to Common Areas, Low Battery in Smoke Detector, )
