This page contains the document required for filing an application with the city for a Short-Term Rental in Saratoga Springs. This is the document the Board will also need when a lease application for less than 30 days is submitted for approval.

Note: The Association property manager can not be listed in the property contact section of the City application unless the owner has made an arrangement directly with the property manager for direct billing to the owner for services provided by property management. The Association cannot be involved in this transaction at all.
